Indiranagar is where we are, specifically at 49 9th Main 4th B Cross. HAL 3rd Stage is usually quite busy, but our little spot is okay. We’ve been running Icon Recruitment Solutions from here for a while now. It’s just a basic office. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of resumes. People come in looking for work or to find staff, and we just try to help them out. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful coming up. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at the computer screen. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. It's just about finding the right person for the right spot. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still here. There are some good lunch spots nearby, which is a plus. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from just being in the area and knowing people. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s just a normal, everyday recruitment office where we try to get things done without too much fuss. We like the local feel of Indiranagar. It’s home.
