Icon Info System Development is tucked away in Indira Nagar, specifically on 16th D Main in the HAL II Stage area. It’s a nice enough neighborhood with plenty of trees, though parking can be a real pain if you arrive late in the morning. We do system development work here. Most days involve a lot of sitting in front of screens and typing out code or checking databases. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with fancy chairs. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk to say hello. It's a bit cramped with all the cables and extra monitors we have lying around, but we make it work. The team is just a few people who have known each other for years. We talk about sports or where to get the best lunch nearby while we work on projects. It’s a quiet place for the most part, unless someone is having a loud phone call about a server issue. We like the location because it's central and close to everything we need. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they are walking through the lane. It’s just a straightforward operation where we focus on building systems that actually work for the people using them. We try to keep our heads down and get the work done.
