Icon (India) Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor at 155 Hosur Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find since we are right on the main stretch. Being on the ground floor helps because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when we're moving things in and out. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some computers, and the usual stuff you’d expect to see in a place like this. It’s not meant to impress anyone, it’s just where we get our work done every day. Hosur Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this place a while back and have just kept at it. There’s a small group of us here. We don't really have a hierarchy or anything like that; we just all know what needs to be done. Some days are long and we stay late to finish things up, and other days are a bit more relaxed. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or social media. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have been told about us by someone else. It's a straightforward way to run a business. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. We've been at 155 for years and see no reason to change. The neighborhood knows us and we know the neighborhood. It's a good spot.
