Icon Communications

Our office is at 131 Benniganahalli on F C Road. It’s not a very large place, but it’s enough for what we do at Icon Communications. We have a few desks set up with phones and computers, and the walls are mostly covered in notes and old calendars. It gets pretty loud during the day because we’re often talking to people or trying to fix connection issues. The street outside is usually busy with people heading towards the station or the shops. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything like that. You’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts, just trying to stay comfortable while we work through the pile of things on our plates. There is a small tea shop just down the road that we visit a few times a day when we need a break from the screens. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit funny considering what we do, but we just sort it out and keep moving. We’ve been in this Benniganahalli spot for a good while now, so the locals know us. It’s not a high-rise glass building, just a regular brick and mortar spot where we put in our hours. We like it this way because it’s easy-going and there isn't any pressure to act like something we aren't. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff and make sure everything is running okay before we lock up for the night.
