Our shop is tucked away in Oxford Towers near the K R Puram Police Station. Working in IT and computer repairs in Krisnarajapuram means you see a lot of broken screens and slow laptops every single day. Icompcare Technologies started because I was always the one fixing things for my friends and family. Now it’s a full-time job. The towers are busy and sometimes finding parking is a real headache for our customers. Inside our space it’s mostly just workbenches covered in screwdrivers and parts from different machines. We don’t have a fancy waiting room. Most people just drop off their computers and come back later. We spend a lot of time staring at motherboards and trying to figure out why things won't turn on. The noise from the main road is always there in the background. We get all sorts of people coming in from students to older folks who just want their internet to work again. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes because technology is always changing. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair that’s proving difficult. We don't have a big staff just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. It’s a practical place for people who just want their tech fixed without any fuss. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the police station nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us.
