We spend our days helping folks with their regular accounts or just answering questions about paperwork. It’s not always smooth; sometimes the systems are slow or the queue gets a bit long. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the local gossip and the best coffee spots around Bnglr-21. It feels more like a community center sometimes than a big bank branch. We don't use corporate jargon when we talk to our customers. We just explain things as they are.
