Icici Prudential

This Icici Prudential branch is run by Vijayprakash, who is Sangareddy Picepatil’s son, out of Ramayya Nilaya in Chandapur, Bangalore. We are located at Ramayya Layout, which is a growing part of the city. The office is basically part of a residential building, which makes it feel a lot more personal than those big offices in the center of town. We’ve set up a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their insurance papers. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, although you do hear the occasional construction noise since Bangalore is always building something new. We handle a lot of paperwork here, mostly related to life insurance and savings plans. It’s just a small group of us working here every day. We usually start our mornings by going through the mail and checking for any messages that came in overnight. There’s a small garden area outside that we try to keep tidy, though the Bangalore rain sometimes makes it a bit messy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come here are from the local area or heard about us from a neighbor. We just sit down with them, go over the details, and try to make sense of the forms. It’s a basic, functional office where we focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
