Icici Prudential

We're based at House No. 5, over on 5th A Cross in Vinayaka Layout. This is in the Hebbal, Kempapura area of Bangalore. We go by Icici Prudential at this location. It’s not a big glass tower or anything. Just a regular house that we've turned into our workspace. Karnataka is a busy place and being in Bangalore means there is always something happening. We have a few desks and some computers and that’s about it. Most of the day is spent talking to people about their needs. We don't use a lot of fancy financial talk because we think it just confuses everyone. We’d rather just explain things simply. The neighborhood is quiet enough, which helps us stay focused. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in the world. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk in. There’s usually a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing. We aren't perfect at keeping everything tidy but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way of working. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up in the morning and do what needs doing. It’s a straightforward life here at our little spot in Hebbal. We just keep working hard and stay connected with the locals.
