Our office is located at 29 4th Main in Sulthanpalya. If you have spent any time in this part of Bangalore, you know it consists of a lot of narrow streets and local shops. We handle the ICICI Prudential stuff here, but it is mostly just us sitting at desks dealing with piles of paperwork and endless phone calls. People come in all the time feeling confused about their forms or wanting to know what happens with their specific plans. We spend a good chunk of every day just explaining things in plain English or Kannada so folks actually understand what they are signing. It is not a flashy corporate tower; it is just a regular building where we do our work. Some days the internet is slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit longer than we would like. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things organized so nobody’s file gets lost in the shuffle. It is a serious business, insurance, but we try to be normal people about it when we talk to you. You won't find us wearing suits every single day unless there is a very big meeting. We are just the local team here in Sulthanpalya. Most of the people who walk through the door are neighbors or people from the surrounding blocks. We have been at this address for a while now and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years.
