Icici Personal Loan Division

This office is located over in Bagalakunte, specifically at Byraveshwara Nilaya. It's on 2nd B Cross in the Defence Colony area. Working here in the personal loan division means we talk to a lot of people every day who are looking to get a bit of extra money for various things. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and the office reflects that. We have people coming in all the time asking about paperwork and interest rates. It can get a bit loud when the phones are all ringing at once. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it's where we do all our processing and meetings. We try to keep the files organized, though sometimes the stacks get pretty high on the desks. Most of us have been working in this branch for a while now, so we know the local area pretty well. Getting here isn't too bad if you know where Defence Colony is. We spend most of our time going through applications and checking documents. It's a lot of sitting at desks and typing. Sometimes we take turns getting tea from the stall nearby when things slow down for a minute. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to help folks figure out their loan stuff without making it too complicated. Being part of a big name like ICICI doesn't change much for us on the ground here in Bagalakunte. We just get through the day's tasks and try to keep everything moving.
