You can find us over in Bhuvaneshwarinagar at 19/4 on 4th Cross. It’s part of the BSK 3rd Stage area in Kathriguppe, which is a fairly residential part of Bangalore. Icet It Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door, though most of the time we just think of ourselves as the team working in this building. It’s a modest setup we have here. We don't have any of those fancy bean bags or game rooms you hear about in other IT companies. Just standard tables and chairs that get the job done. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops, so it’s relatively calm during the day compared to the main roads. Sometimes we have meetings that go longer than expected, and we end up ordering tea from the shop downstairs to keep us going. The office can get a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby, but we try to keep things tidy enough. We handle a lot of different IT tasks throughout the week. Each of us has a specific role but we end up helping each other out quite a bit when things get busy or someone gets stuck on a problem. It’s the kind of place where you can just be yourself without worrying about a strict corporate dress code. We value being practical above everything else. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone. It’s a straightforward environment and we like the routine of coming here every day.
