Our office is tucked away in the Brindavan Complex over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 647/10. It is a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We have been working on internet and network setups here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent looking at wires, routers, and screens, trying to make sure things are running the way they should for everyone. It is not a huge place, just a few desks and a lot of technical gear piled up in the corners. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some maintenance done. We are not some big corporate firm with a lobby; we are just local folks who know how to handle connection issues. Being in Rajajinagar means we are close to a lot of our clients, which makes it easier when someone needs us to come over and look at their setup personally. We have seen technology change a lot since we started, but the basic work of keeping people connected stays the same. It can be frustrating when a line goes down or a server acts up, but we just take it one step at a time. The Brindavan Complex is a good landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us if they need to drop off equipment. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
