We operate out of Prakrith Enclave, which is a residential-style complex in Hoysala Nagar. Our space is Flat 203 in Block 20. It’s a bit different from a standard office building, but it works well for what we do at Ica Infotech. Being on the 3rd Main means it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we appreciate when we’re trying to concentrate on the tech work. The flat is basically turned into a workspace with desks in the main rooms and a small kitchen where we make our tea. It feels more like a home than an office, which keeps things relaxed for us. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to call us when they're at the gate. We handle various info-tech jobs, mostly software and data things that keep us glued to our monitors. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone is working on. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We just want to get the work done right and keep our clients happy. It’s a practical setup for a small business in Bangalore. We like the neighborhood because it’s calm and has a lot of trees around.
