Ibow Solution Pvt Ltd is over in J P Nagar at 8/A. It’s a well-known area and we like being here. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our equipment. The team is a small group of people who just like solving problems. We don't have a big human resources department or a dedicated PR person. We just manage things ourselves. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but we clean it up eventually. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get some air during the day. It overlooks the street and you can see the daily life of J P Nagar going on below. We don't do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building exercises or slogans on the walls. We just come in, say hello, and get to work. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we know how everyone likes to work. If someone is stuck, someone else usually jumps in to help out. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid day’s work from our little spot in J P Nagar. That’s enough for us.
