Iboss Innovations Private Limited is located at No 276/197 in Maruthinagara. Yelahanka is a bit far out for some people, but for us, it’s just right. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The area is 560064, and it’s a mix of homes and small shops. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a whiteboard that we rarely clean properly. We do innovation-related work, but it’s mostly just trial and error in our small space. We aren't a big corporation with lots of money to spend on fancy office decor. We prefer to spend our time on the actual work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere for a tech company. We don't have any formal mission statements posted on the walls. We just want to do a good job so we can keep going and pay the rent. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know the people at the local bakery quite well. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We don’t mind the lack of polish. It suits us and the way we like to work. We just take it one day at a time here in Bangalore and keep things simple.
