Our office is tucked away at 847 on the 6th Cross, right in the I A Main part of Bsk 3rd Stage. If you are familiar with Bangalore, you know that the 3rd Block can be a bit of a maze with all the small streets and turns. We are in the 3rd Phase, which has a mix of houses and small businesses. It is a bit quieter here than the main roads, which we all appreciate when the traffic gets bad in the afternoons. Inside, it is a typical workspace with computers, some old chairs, and cables running along the corners of the floor. We spend most of the day staring at screens and typing away. People bring their tiffin boxes and the smell of sambar and rice fills the break area around noon. It is not like those giant tech parks you see in the movies; it is just a regular building where we get our work done. The 560085 area has a lot of trees, so it stays a little cooler, though the dust still finds its way in. We have a small water cooler that everyone gathers around to chat for a few minutes. Sometimes the lift acts up and we have to take the stairs. It is just a normal office environment with people who have been working together for a long time. We keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come.
