This is the IBM setup located at the Syndicate Bank Training Centre Building. We are on the 36th Cross in Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore. The pin code is 560 082. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we are inside the bank’s training building at D2. It’s not your typical high-rise office. It feels more like a school or a training center because of the building’s main use. There are always people coming in for different courses. We have our section where we do our IBM work. Jayanagar is a nice part of Bangalore, lots of trees and old houses. The 36th cross is usually pretty busy with traffic. We’ve been here for some time now. The office inside is practical. We have rows of desks and plenty of cables everywhere. It’s a bit cluttered at times. We don’t have a fancy cafeteria; we usually just go to the local stalls for some dosa or coffee. It’s a very local way of working even if the name is big. We don't really do the corporate polish here. We just show up, do the technical stuff, and head home. The building itself is a bit older, so the elevators can be slow sometimes. We just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s just a regular workplace for us in Jayanagar. It keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood vibe.
