Ibm Inia Pvt Ltd is based over in the Bhcs Layout area, specifically on the 1st Cross. We are located right on Subramanyapura Road in Bangalore. The office is at number 297. It is not the biggest place, but it works for what we do every day. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a while, and the neighbors are mostly other small offices and houses. There is a lot of movement on the main road, but our street stays relatively calm. Inside, it's mostly computers and desks. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to each other about projects. It's a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how things are here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. People usually just walk in and find whoever they are looking for. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes papers pile up on the corner desks. It's a simple operation. We deal with various technical tasks and back-end stuff that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most of us take our lunch breaks together or head out to the small shops nearby. It feels like a small community here at 297. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get things finished on time without any fuss.
