We are based over at 110 1st Main in the KSRTC Layout of Chikkalsandra. It is a much quieter part of Bangalore compared to the center, which we all appreciate. The building feels more like a house than a big corporate office. We have been here for several years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. You will often see people walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we are sitting at our screens. Inside, the setup is very basic. We have our computers and some mismatched chairs that we’ve collected over time. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines; we just use a kettle and some instant powder. The team here is pretty small and we all get along well enough. We work on technical support and some backend systems mostly. It is not the kind of place where you need to wear a tie. Most days, we are just in jeans and t-shirts. We don't have big meetings with long speeches. Usually, we just lean over and ask a question if we get stuck on something. It is an honest, low-key way to work. We like that we are away from the main road noise. It makes it easier to concentrate on the coding and the spreadsheets. Sometimes the power flickers when it rains, but we just wait for it to come back and keep going.
