You can find us at 414 5th A Cross in the 2nd Block of HRBR Layout. This is part of Kalyan Nagar in Bangalore. It is a nice residential neighborhood with a lot of parks and wide streets. Ibm India Pvt Ltd is based in a building that looks like many others on this cross. We do not have a big corporate logo on the roof. It is just a regular door that you walk through. Inside, the space is divided into a few sections where we have our computers and files. It is not a very big office, so we all sit pretty close to each other. This makes it easy to ask questions without having to send an email. We like the local feel of HRBR Layout. There are some good places to get snacks just a short walk away. Sometimes we go out as a group for juice, but usually, everyone just does their own thing. The office doesn't have fancy air conditioning in every corner, so we use fans when it gets hot in the afternoons. It is a simple way of working. We do not have any complex rules or big speeches about the future. We just focus on the work we have today. It is a straightforward approach that works for us. The building is a bit old, but it is solid and keeps us dry when it rains. Just a normal place for normal work.
