We’re located at 38 Sri Nidhi, which is on 1st C Main Road in Sir M.V. Nagar. If you’re coming from Kalkeri or Ramamurthynagar, it’s not a bad commute unless the traffic is really heavy, which it usually is in Bangalore. We spend our days inside this office dealing with all kinds of data and calls. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens. The 8th cross area has changed a lot since we first got here. There are more small shops around now where we go for lunch or a quick coffee. The building itself is pretty standard. We have a few floors and a lot of desks. It gets pretty noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We’re just a bunch of people working hard to keep things moving along. We don't really have time for anything fancy or complicated. Most of us just want to finish the shift and head home to beat the evening rush. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this 560016 pin code for a good bit now. Everyone knows the tea stall at the corner of the street. That’s our main break spot. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady and we get the job done here at Ibm Daksh. We just keep working through the tasks as they come.
