Ibis Infotek is tucked away in Ganesha Block, over in Mahalakshmi Layout. We’re on the 5th Cross, at number 12/52. It’s a fairly quiet residential kind of area, which is actually pretty nice for working. You don’t get all that heavy noise you find in the city center. Our office is a straightforward setup with computers and plenty of cables everywhere. We mostly deal with tech stuff and info systems, so there's always something to fix or look at on a screen. It’s not a massive operation, just a group of us who know our way around software and data. We’ve been in Bangalore for a long time, and Mahalakshmi Layout has a different vibe than places like Indiranagar. It feels more like home. We usually start our day around nine, and if the internet is behaving, everything goes smoothly. When it rains, the streets around the 5th Cross can get a bit muddy, but that’s just part of living here. We don't spend much on decorating the place; we'd rather just have good chairs and working air conditioning. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and the local bakery nearby is where we get our snacks. It’s a simple life, really. We just focus on the work we have in front of us and try to stay organized. There is always something to do, and we just keep pushing through the list of tasks we have for the day.
