We've been working out of this spot at 154 3 1St Cross in Naranappa Garden for a while now. It’s right off Airport Road in Bangalore. To be honest, the traffic around here can get pretty bad during peak hours, but we’re used to it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we get our work done. Most of us have been here since the start. We usually grab lunch at one of the small joints nearby. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the main road being so close, but once you close the windows, it’s alright. There are about ten of us here most days. We handle tech stuff, mostly just keeping things running for our clients. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and troubleshooting. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. People just walk over to each other's desks when they need something. Sometimes the power goes out, but the backup usually kicks in after a minute or two. We’ve got a small kettle for tea which gets used a lot. If you're looking for us, look for the blue gate near the corner. It's a quiet neighborhood despite the airport being nearby. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s just how we operate here. No big corporate rules, just work.
