We've been over here at Santara Magan Place 2 in Kammanahalli for a while now. It's a busy part of Bangalore, especially around Begur Hobli, and our spot at No R3 is where most of the work happens every day. It isn't a huge, fancy glass tower or anything like that, just a regular place where we handle the tech stuff. Most mornings start with someone fixing the coffee machine or talking about the traffic on the way in. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is busy, but that is just how it goes. We do a lot of troubleshooting and working through software issues for folks who need it. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it's just staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it's supposed to do. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started, with more shops opening up nearby. We usually just grab lunch from one of the local places around the corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the jobs done right so people can move on with their day. It’s a pretty straightforward setup here. We show up, deal with the technical hurdles, and head home. That’s pretty much the long and short of it for I-Wink Technologies Llp. No big speeches, just a bunch of us working in a quiet corner of Bangalore.
