I Waves

Our place is located in Basavanagudi on NAT Street, right where it crosses DVG Road at number 5. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it’s always a bit of a scramble, especially with the market crowds and the traffic noise. I Waves is just a small shop here. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The building is old and the stairs are a little narrow, so it’s easy to trip if you aren't paying attention. Most of our mornings start by rolling up the heavy metal shutters and seeing what’s going on in the street. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down where we usually grab a glass. It’s not like those fancy offices with proper cooling or polished floors. Sometimes it gets quite hot inside when the power cuts out, which seems to happen more than it should. We don’t have a huge team or anyone in charge of branding. It’s just us here making sure the daily work gets done. We don't really sit around talking about missions or values. We just show up, talk to the people who wander in, and try to keep things moving. The sign out front has faded quite a bit from the afternoon sun, but we haven't gotten around to repainting it yet. That’s pretty much the reality of our day-to-day life here in the neighborhood.
