I Tech Solutions

I Tech Solutions is located up on the first floor of the Sai Kuteera building in Srinagar. We are right on the 11th Main, near the 13th Cross in Kalappa Block. The office is not very big and it is usually filled with computer parts and tangled wires. We spend most of our time fixing laptops and desktops that people bring in. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, though the traffic on the main road can get loud during the evening. We don't wear uniforms here. Usually, it is just us in jeans and old shirts. We have a small table where we keep our tools and a half-broken coffee machine that we really should replace. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought because we have to wait for a part to arrive in the mail. We just tell the customers the truth about how long it will take. We don't like to overcomplicate things. The floor has a few scratches from moving heavy server boxes around. We have a lot of old monitors stacked in the corner that we might use for spares one day. It is just a simple place where we work on tech stuff. People from the area know us and just drop by when their screens go dark or their machines won't start. We open up in the morning and stay until the last job is finished for the day.
