You’ll find I T C Co on Race Course Road. We’re specifically at 17th Main, house number 93. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of traffic passing by all the time, especially during rush hour. Our building is nothing special, just a standard block where we have our rooms set up for work. We deal with various goods and services, mostly things that people in the neighborhood need on a daily basis. The office is usually humming with the sound of the old printer and people talking on their mobiles. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture. Just some sturdy chairs and a big wooden table where we spread out our work papers. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to our families. It’s been a learning process, that's for sure. We’ve made some mistakes along the way, but we always try to fix them and keep going. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. It gets quite loud when the races are on nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people trust us to do what we say. We keep our doors open during the day so anyone can just walk in and ask a question. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have it any other way.
