Our shop is over in Basaveshwara Nagar, right on the ground floor of the New Kalappa Block. We are at 338 1st Main Road, pretty close to Bhashyam Circle. It’s a handy location because people can just drop in without having to climb any stairs. The place is usually full of computer towers, loose cables, and various parts that we’re working on. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we have a system for everything. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or soldering small bits of hardware. My friend and I started this after working for a big firm because we wanted to do things our own way. We handle repairs and some networking stuff for the houses and small offices nearby. The noise from the circle comes in through the door, but you get used to it after a while. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with all the new tech that comes out every month. People usually come to us when something breaks and they’re frustrated, so we just try to be calm and see what can be fixed. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth around Basaveshwara Nagar is mostly how people find out we are here. It’s just straightforward tech work, done by people who actually like taking things apart.
