We are I M Devaiah Associates and you can find us over at 4 Seshadripuram. Our office is up on the 1st Floor, right there opposite the Post Office. It gets pretty busy around here with people coming and going to mail their letters all day. We have been working out of this spot for a good bit now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and dealing with whoever walks in the door needing help. The building is an older one but it suits what we do just fine. You have to walk up the stairs since we are on that first level. Seshadripuram is a nice part of town, even if the traffic gets a bit much during the lunch hour or when people are finishing work. We don't have anything fancy here, just our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of files that seem to keep growing. It’s a straightforward setup. People usually know us by the name on the board outside. We just try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. Being across from the post office makes it easy for folks to explain where we are located if they are giving directions to someone else. It's a reliable landmark in this neighborhood. We keep regular hours and you'll mostly see us busy with our heads down or talking on the phone about various projects we have going on at the moment.
