Our office is located at Attupuram House in Thrissur, Kerala. Thrissur is a place we know very well because we have lived here for a long time. Our business is based right out of this house, which makes it a very personal and local operation. We don’t have a big office building in a commercial park. Instead, we have a dedicated room here where we handle all the tours and travel bookings. It’s a simple setup with a desk, some chairs, and a phone that stays pretty busy. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or travelers who have heard about us through word of mouth. We don’t do any big advertising or use polished marketing phrases. We just know the local routes and the best ways to get around Kerala and beyond. Thrissur is a very cultural city, especially during the Pooram festival when everything gets incredibly busy. We spend a lot of time checking schedules for buses and trains to help people plan their trips. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We enjoy being in a residential area because it feels more like home than a cold office. There are always people walking by, and we know many of our neighbors. We don’t try to sound like a huge company. We are just a local business in Thrissur doing our best to help people with their travel needs every day.
