I-Flex Solutions is situated in Radiance 804 at the Suncity Apartments on Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. It’s a bit unusual for an office to be in an apartment complex, but it works for us. Bangalore is famous for its tech scene, and Sarjapur Road is right in the middle of a lot of that growth. We spend our days working on software and technical solutions for different clients. It’s a lot of coding, testing, and sitting in front of screens for hours. The apartment layout gives us a bit of a weird office vibe, with the kitchen being used for coffee breaks and the living area full of workstations. It’s comfortable though, and it beats being in a cold, glass skyscraper sometimes. The traffic on Sarjapur Road is something we all complain about constantly, but that’s just part of living and working in this city. We have a small group of people who are really into what they do. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just order food or bring it from home and eat together. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't worry about suits or ties here. We just focus on the code and making sure the solutions actually work for the people using them. It’s a quiet spot away from the main road noise, which helps us concentrate on the more difficult tasks. We just do our work and go home.
