Our office is situated in Bangalore, specifically in the 560078 zip code area. We go by I & A Software Consulting, but we aren't your typical high-rise tech firm. We are tucked away in a more regular part of the city. We do software work, but we talk about it in a way that anyone can understand. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big tech words. It's a small team, so we know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. We don't have a HR department or fancy break rooms. We just have a small kitchen area and our workstations. It's a very practical way to run a software business. We’ve been in Karnataka for a long time, and we like the pace here, even with the Bangalore traffic being what it is. We handle consulting for various projects, mostly just looking at code and figuring out why things aren't working right. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. We don't promise miracles, we just put in the hours and get the job finished. It’s a steady, quiet life for us. We're just at number 4, keeping things simple and moving forward every day.
