We've been working out of House Number 34 on 19th Cross for a while now. It's located in Bagalgunte, which is a part of Bangalore-73 that most people know for being a bit quieter than the city center. Bodhisattwa Chakraborty and B.S. Srikanth are the main ones here. We handle management stuff from this small office. It isn’t a fancy place with a lobby or a receptionist. We just have a couple of desks and some chairs. Most of our day is spent looking at files and making sure things are organized for our clients. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get here quickly, but we manage. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People usually just hear about us from someone else and give us a call. We like it this way because it keeps things simple. There’s no corporate pressure or long meetings about nothing. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when it’s finished. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve lived in Bangalore for a long time and seen it change, but Bagalgunte still feels like a good place to be based. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks right in front of us.
