Hutch

You’ll find our shop at No 189/1 Brigade Road, which is pretty much the heart of Bangalore. It’s always noisy and crowded outside with shoppers and traffic, but that’s Brigade Road for you. Hutch has been a familiar name around here for a long time. We spend our days helping people with their mobile phones, whether they need a new SIM card or they're having trouble with their signal. It’s a fast-paced environment because there’s almost always someone walking in with a question. The shop isn't huge, so it can feel a bit cramped when five or six people are waiting at the counter. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have our counters, some display units, and a back room where we keep the stock. The staff is used to the chaos of the city center. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls and eat quickly before the afternoon rush starts. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like being where the action is. We aren't trying to sell you things you don't need; we just want to get your phone working so you can get on with your day. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on Brigade Road, but we’re still here, doing our thing every day. It’s just a normal part of the Bangalore landscape, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood.
