Brand Room

We started Brand Room over in HSR Layout 7th Sector a while back and honestly, it’s just been a steady ride since then. Our place is on 5th Main, which is a pretty decent spot if you know the area. We aren't some huge chain with fancy meetings. It's just a few of us here making sure things get done right for whoever walks in the door. Most days, we’re just sorting through stock or talking to folks who live nearby. It’s a local business, through and through. We don't have a big handbook on how to talk to customers, we just talk like normal people. If we can help, we do. If we can't, we say so. The 7th sector has changed quite a bit since we opened, but we’re still here in the same spot. It gets a bit dusty sometimes and the traffic on 5th Main can be a headache, but that’s just Bangalore life for you. We don't spend much time on social media or trying to look bigger than we are. Brand Room is just a shop where we put in the hours and try to keep things moving. We value the fact that people know our names and we know theirs. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about being there. We keep the shelves ready and the lights on, and that’s usually enough for us to feel good at the end of the day.
