Our office is based in Ameena Manzil, which is at No. 91 in Bangalore. We’re part of the travel division known as Hrg-Sita, under the bigger Kuoni umbrella. Basically, we deal with travel arrangements for people. Whether it’s someone needing to get a flight booked or sorting out where they’re going to stay on a trip, we handle the logistics of it. The 560047 area is where we spend our days. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the changes in the travel world, but we do our bit to make sure the bookings are right. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and look at screens to find the best routes for whoever walks through the door. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons or when there's a big rush for business travel. Ameena Manzil is a decent building to work from, and we’ve become quite familiar with the neighbors over the years. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to navigate the travel industry and the systems that come with it. It’s practical work. If you need to go somewhere, we try to get the paperwork and the tickets sorted so you don't have to worry about it. We’ve been in Karnataka for a long time now, and we just keep on doing what we know how to do. It's about getting from point A to point B.
