Hr Executive

Our office is tucked away at the Institute Of Business Management And Research, or IBMR as most people around here call it. We are specifically at number 44 on 6th Cross in Wilson Garden. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren’t used to the layout of the garden area, but you eventually find your way. Working as Hr Executive in an institute like this means there is always a lot of paper moving around and people coming in and out. It’s not the kind of place with shiny glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the day-to-day staff and student stuff. Wilson Garden is a pretty established part of the city, so there’s a lot of old trees and it gets quite busy during the school hours. We spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons are usually for meetings or just sorting out files that have piled up. It’s a very human job, dealing with people's problems and their paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when the classes let out, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really have a big fancy speech about what we do here. We just make sure the records are straight and everyone gets their questions answered eventually. It’s just us here, trying to keep the administrative side of things from getting too messy. It's a lot of work but it's okay for us.
