House Keeping Super Visor

My name is K. Vinoda and I work as a housekeeping supervisor here in Rly Kodur, which is in the Cuddapah district. My place is in Laxmi Nagar, at D-No-10-412. It’s a busy area because of the railway nearby, so you can always hear the trains passing by at different times of the day and night. My job is mostly about managing the staff and making sure everything is cleaned properly. It’s not an easy job because there is always something that needs attention. People think housekeeping is simple, but when you have to supervise a whole team and keep track of supplies, it gets complicated. I spend a lot of time walking around and checking on things. The dust in this area can be a real problem, so we are constantly fighting against it. My home office is just a small space where I keep my schedules and notebooks. It’s not fancy at all. I have lived in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a long time, so I know how things work here. We just try to do a good job and make sure the places we look after are decent. Sometimes it’s hard to find good workers who stay for a long time, but we manage. I just take it one day at a time and try to keep everyone on track. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s what I know how to do best.
