Hotel Srinivas Mangalore

Hotel Srinivas is located out in the Bantwal Taluk area, specifically at Amtoor House in Karingana village. It is a bit of a distance from the main Mangalore city buzz, sitting in a more rural setting. We’ve been running this place for a while, providing a spot for people to stay or grab a meal when they are passing through the village post. It is a simple building, nothing like those big luxury hotels you see in the city center. We keep the rooms basic and try to keep them tidy because that’s what people usually need when they are traveling this way. The surroundings are quite green and peaceful, which is a nice change if you are used to the noise of the traffic. Being in Karingana, we see a lot of local faces and some travelers who are heading towards the interior parts of the district. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who look after the daily chores, the cooking, and making sure the guests are alright. It’s a lot of work keeping a hotel running in a village, but we manage. Sometimes the power goes out or the water needs fixing, but we handle it as it comes. We focus on being practical. People come here for a rest, and we give them a quiet place to do that. It is just a local hotel run by local people who know the area well. We like the quiet life out here.
