Hotel Rajputana

We have been here at 80 Hospital Road for quite some time now. Being so close to the medical facilities means we see a lot of people coming and going at odd hours. It’s not a quiet street, especially during the day when the traffic builds up, but that’s just how things are around here. My staff and I try to keep things running smoothly, though sometimes the old plumbing acts up or a light bulb needs changing. We aren't a fancy place with lots of decorations. Mostly, it’s just rooms for people who need a place to sleep while they attend to things nearby. The building itself shows its age in places, and we’ve painted the walls more times than I can count. Every morning starts early with the sound of the city waking up. We usually spend the first few hours just cleaning up the front area and making sure there’s water in the tanks. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have worked here for years. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guys down the road. People come here because it’s convenient for the 560053 area. We don't promise anything special, just a bed and a roof. It gets dusty because of the road, so we are always sweeping. That's pretty much what life is like here at the hotel. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
