Hotel Rain Tree, Bangalore

Hotel Rain Tree is located at 30/1, Rukhmini Colony in Bangalore. We are just off St. John's Road, quite close to Chinmaya Vidyalaya. The neighborhood is a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for the people staying with us. Our office is tucked away, and we spend most of our time walking around the property checking on things. We aren’t a giant chain with thousands of rooms. It’s a smaller place where we know most of our guests by name if they stay for a few days. The building has been here for a while, so there is always a bit of maintenance to do, like painting a wall or fixing a leaky tap. Bangalore has changed a lot, but this little corner of Rukhmini Colony feels somewhat familiar. We don't have a big corporate staff, just a handful of people who handle everything from the front desk to the laundry. Sometimes we get really busy and things feel a bit frantic, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the most luxurious place in the city. We just provide a place to stay that is clean and simple. We like being near the school because it keeps the area feeling lively during the day. It’s just a regular local business run by people who live nearby and care about the neighborhood.
