Hotel New Janatha

We are at 93 Kalipalayam, which is in the 560002 zip code area. Hotel New Janatha is a small place we’ve been running for quite some time now. It’s not on a main highway or anything, just tucked into the neighborhood here. We have a few rooms and a small kitchen where we make local food. Most of the people who come here are from around the area or have some work in Kalipalayam. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us doing the cleaning and the cooking every day. The building is an older one but we try to keep it in good shape. It’s quiet mostly, except for the usual sounds of the street. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the sign out front. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past. The rooms are simple with basic furniture and clean sheets. We don't offer anything luxurious, just a place to rest your head. If you are looking for us, just head towards the 93 block. It’s easy enough to find if you ask a local person. We’ve seen the area change over the years but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We like the way things are. It’s a humble spot and we do our best with what we have. Sometimes the power goes out but we have a backup generator. That’s just how it goes here.
