Hotel Luciya International, Mysore

It's just a place in Mysore people come to stay when they need a room. We've been here a while now. Nishanth handles the stuff around Rajaa Nivaas over in the Srinager Housing part of Coonoor too, so our family has things spread out. It isn't a fancy palace or one of those big resorts. We mostly just keep things clean and make sure the doors lock right. People stop by when they’re traveling through Tamil Nadu or heading into Mysore for work. The building is an LIG 142 unit, so it's simple and the rooms are basic. We don't have a huge staff or a big lobby with marble floors. Just rooms and us. Sometimes the neighbors are loud, but that's just life here. We spend time fixing leaky faucets, checking light bulbs, or painting walls when they get scuffed. If you're looking for luxury, this probably isn't the spot. It's more for folks who just need a bed and a shower without the extra noise of a big chain. Most of the people who work here live just down the road. We know the local roads well and can tell you where to get a decent meal. It's a regular job for us, keeping the place running. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth. We try to keep the lights on and the water warm. Nothing too complicated happens here. Just a local business trying to stay open.
