Hotel Kamat Yatrinivas

Hotel Kamat Yatrinivas is over in the III Phase area of Bangalore. We are on the first floor of building 8/A on the 1st Main. It’s a place where people stay when they are traveling through the city. We have been here for a good amount of time. The rooms are basic but they do the job for someone looking for a place to sleep. Being on the first floor means you don't have to climb too many stairs, which is nice if you have heavy bags or had a long journey. Bangalore is a big city and people are always coming and going. We see a lot of different faces every week. Some stay for a night, others stay longer. We keep the place clean as much as we can with our small staff. It’s not a luxury five-star hotel, just a regular spot for travelers on a budget. The staff here knows the local area well. If someone asks for directions to the market or a bus stop, we try to help out as best as we can. The neighborhood around III Phase is fairly busy during the day. There are shops nearby and places to eat within walking distance. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just a desk where we check people in and keep the keys. We've had families stay here and people on business trips too. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic outside, but that is expected. We just try to make sure everyone has what they need.
