Hotel Clarks Exotica

This isn't a big city hotel office. We are over in Ratlam, at Babu Lal Tak’s place. It’s Lig 2 in Dongre Nagar. Ratlam is a different pace compared to the big metros. We've been here in Madhya Pradesh for quite some time. The office is really just a part of the local scene here. Dongre Nagar is a decent area, mostly people who have known each other for years. We handle the Hotel Clarks Exotica business from this spot. It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s more of a home-grown setup. Babu Lal runs things in a very direct way. We don't go in for all the corporate buzzwords or complicated meetings. If something needs doing, we just do it. The neighborhood is quiet, and we like it that way. It lets us focus on the hospitality side of things without too many distractions. There’s no big sign on the road, you just have to know where Lig 2 is. We take pride in being from a place like Ratlam. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to keep things moving. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a hotel business. We just try to keep our guests happy and our records straight. We aren't looking to move to a big city anytime soon. This place works for us and it has for a long time. It’s just how we do business here in Dongre Nagar.
