Hotel City Center Residency

We are located at 350 Indira Nagar, specifically on 2nd A Cross, 4th Main. This is in the HBR Layout area near CMR Garden. It’s a residential part of the city, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. The residency is a simple building that we converted to have enough rooms for guests. We chose this spot because it’s tucked away in the layout but still easy to find if you follow the cross streets. There are trees around the garden area which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. Inside, the rooms are plain with white walls and basic furniture. We don't have a big restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Most of our guests are people staying for a few days while they look for apartments or visit friends in HBR Layout. My staff and I take care of the cleaning and the front desk. We don't have a lot of rules, just the usual ones about noise and check-out times. The 560038 area has grown a lot since we started, but we’ve kept our place pretty much the same. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. It’s just a residency where you can get a quiet night's sleep. We keep the keys at the desk and someone is usually around if there’s a problem with the water or the lights. It’s just a regular local business.
