Host India Events

Host India Events is located at B 30, 2nd Main in Bangalore. This part of town is okay, a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs but it still gets its fair share of traffic in the mornings. We handle a lot of different events throughout the year. Some are big corporate things, some are just small meetings for local groups. We do not make a big fuss about what we do. We just show up on time and do the job as best as we can. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks and a lot of storage for banners and equipment. Bangalore weather is usually nice, so we do not mind the commute too much. We have been running things from here for a good while. Every day is a bit different. One day we are worrying about lighting setups, the next it is catering or seating charts for a hundred people. We do not use much fancy software, just basic spreadsheets and plenty of phone calls to vendors. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses like us. It is a decent community to be part of. We do not spend much on advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or a friend. If someone needs an event sorted, they just give us a call. We try to be practical about everything. If a plan does not work, we change it on the fly. That is just how it goes in this industry.
