Our office is at Door No- 151/1 in Bilekahalli. It’s a busy area and the building we’re in is nothing fancy. We do technology services, which mostly means we spend our time in front of screens or untangling cables under desks. It’s not as high-tech as the name might make it sound. Our space is usually a bit messy with old hardware and boxes stacked in the corners. We’ve been in Bilekahalli for a while and have seen it grow quite a bit. The traffic on the main road is a constant struggle for us when we have to go out to see clients or grab supplies. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We're just a group of people who are good with computers and enjoy fixing things when they break. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle in the corner that we use all day. Most of our lunch breaks are spent at the small local joints nearby. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because we think it just makes things more confusing for everyone. If a computer is old and needs to be replaced, we just say so directly. We don't have a big marketing plan. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the neighborhood. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business. We just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done every day. It's a job like any other.
