Being tucked away off the main road makes it a little bit quieter, though you still hear the traffic from Ulsoor Road. The building we are in is decent and has enough room for our metrology equipment and the team. Metrology is all about precision, so we try to keep the place as tidy as we can, though it’s still a working office. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s a good spot because it’s central enough for people to get to. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When you come in, you’ll see we are just a bunch of people working at computers or with measuring tools. We aren’t really into corporate talk or big presentations. We just focus on the measurements and the data we have to deal with every day. The atmosphere is generally quiet and focused. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the spots on Ulsoor Road. It’s a nice area to work in. We don’t have a grand story to tell. We just do our jobs, handle the equipment carefully, and try to make sure everything is accurate. It’s a simple professional life for us here on Hauding Road. We keep to ourselves and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
