Home Care System

We are based out of Nagawara at the 4th Cross in Munivankatappa Layout which is number 22 on the street. It is a bit of a maze back here if you are not used to the small lanes of this part of Bangalore. Our home care setup is pretty simple and we use the front room as our main office area where we take all the calls. There is usually someone here from early morning till late evening because the work never really stops when you are helping people at home. We have a lot of notebooks where we write down the schedules and the names of the people we need to visit. It is not a high-tech office with fancy computers everywhere just a couple of phones and some sturdy desks. The layout is quite crowded and parking is always a struggle for anyone who tries to visit us by car. Most of us just use scooters to get around because it is faster in the narrow gaps between the houses. We often have people from the neighborhood dropping in to ask for advice or just to say hello while we are working. It can get a bit loud with the kids playing in the street outside but we are used to the noise by now. We just focus on getting our people to where they need to be every day. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get messy with the timings but we try our best to keep up.
